My name is Tom F, I recently purchased a 2012 Aston Martin Virage coupe from Aston Martin Cleveland and I wanted to share with you my experience of dealing with Mark Thomas.
I have been an Aston Martin owner for a few years - I purchased a 2006 DB9 in June 2011. In early April I began looking online at what was available in newer Aston Martins and made several inquiries to several dealers about new or late model DB9s & Virages. Mark responded to one of my online inquiries and I think we spoke by phone that same day. Mark worked very hard over the next few weeks to win my business. He was competing with Star Motor Cars, the local Houston AM dealer and a few others. I have to say that there is something about the way Mark conducted himself throughout our many discussions that made me feel very comfortable that I would be treated well if I decided to buy a car from him. At the end of the day Mark had a car that I really wanted and put together a deal for me that I am very happy with. You should know that I actually agreed to a price that was a few thousand dollars more than a competitor's price for an almost identical Virage, and I have to say that the difference was Mark.
Mark shipped the car to me in Houston and picked up the Aston Martin that I traded. This past Sunday Mark flew to Houston to meet with me and go over the car thoroughly....Mark has been true to his word every step of the way Bernie & I couldn't be happier with the entire transaction and purchase experience. So much so that I introduced him to a friend of mine who is currently shopping to trade his high end vehicle and based on what I told him about Mark, it wouldn't surprise me if he ends up doing business with him.
The bottom line for me is that Mark is not only a consummate professional; I also think he is a very good man, I can't say that about most folks in the car business whom I have dealt with. You are fortunate to have Mark in your organization and I encourage you to do everything you can to keep him. He is special.
Rest assured that I will buy from Mark again & I won't hesitate to refer my friends and colleagues to him. And I have several friends who own very high end vehicles.
